Eastside Sports Analysis was founded on 23 January 2014 by Harri Kairavuo in Helsinki, with a simple premise: sports organisations deserve the same analytical rigour that is standard in finance, medicine and the natural sciences.
Over the past decade, we have delivered hundreds of reports across more than twenty disciplines — from top-division football and ice hockey to Olympic endurance sports. Our work informs team selection, contract decisions, tactical preparation and long-term programme design.
We remain deliberately independent and small. Every engagement is led personally, every dataset is audited, and every recommendation is one we would be prepared to defend in front of a head coach, a board or a selection committee.
