Use of this website is subject to these terms. Contracted services are additionally governed by a written engagement letter agreed with the client.
All content on this website, including reports, visuals and methodologies, remains the property of Eastside Sports Analysis unless otherwise stated.
Reports delivered to clients are for internal use only and may not be redistributed, resold or published without written consent.
To the extent permitted by Finnish law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
These terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of Finland. The courts of Helsinki have exclusive jurisdiction.
