All content on this website, including reports, visuals and methodologies, remains the property of Eastside Sports Analysis unless otherwise stated.
Reports delivered to clients are for internal use only and may not be redistributed, resold or published without written consent.
To the extent permitted by Finnish law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
These terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of Finland. The courts of Helsinki have exclusive jurisdiction.
As a general summary for pre-contract transparency: engagements are scoped and quoted in advance; if we cannot deliver an agreed deliverable, we will agree a revision or a fair refund of the affected fee. Full refund and cancellation terms are set out in each individual engagement letter signed between the client and Eastside Sports Analysis.
Our reports provide analytical and decision-support information only. They are not betting advice, gambling guidance, tips, odds or picks; not financial or investment advice; and not medical advice or diagnosis. They do not guarantee any match, athlete, selection or commercial outcome. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions.
Clients may not repackage, resell or publish our reports as betting tips, odds, picks, fantasy-sports advice, sportsbook content or any consumer gambling content. Reports are for the client's internal sporting use only and may not be redistributed without written permission.
